Jordyn // Fine Art Ballet Session

The heart of a mama and her girl is a precious thing. When I met up with Stephanie and Jordyn to put together this fine art ballet session, I was so excited to capture this season in their lives. As most parents know, it's the mamas and daddies who are behind the scenes, driving back and forth to practice or rehearsals, and cheering on their loved little ones. And it's the amazing kids who are putting in the hours and hours of training and dedication. I love that this sweet mom and her daughter will have these to treasure for the years to come."Jordyn was very timid and shy when she was small, and she had a hard time being in front of people, or talking one on one with someone", explains mom, "When she was seven, we decided to give ballet a try, because she had always wanted to. Now she has grown leaps and bounds, and has become so confident in who she is. Ballet has given her a true work ethic, and showed her how to find drive and perseverance when things get difficult. She has grown into a beautiful young woman that sees her dancing as a gift from God that she gets to use to glorify Him". At Jordyn's current level, her dance takes countless hours or practice, stretching, and technique, and you can see that come through in these images. She's stunning, and I know her mom and dad are incredibly proud.Thank you ladies for allowing me to celebrate Jordyn's amazing journey.
