Helfrich Family Session | Oregon Family Photographer

I sure loved meeting the Helfrich trio recently for these family photos. Although the weather was getting cooler, we had a great time together, and their little man was a great sport for the photoshoot. As it turns out, we actually had met before at a birthing class in Ashland, where we had the same doctor and nutritionist! It was really fun to find out that connection, and get to chat about what it's been like to become first-time parents. This gorgeous location is one of my favorite spots to shoot at, and has become a treasured favorite among my clients, too, for the light and the atmosphere.

We live in a fairly small and close-knit community, so it's pretty special to get to know my clients, and then find out our mutual connections. I love that I often run into the families I work with at the grocery store, or around town...it makes it really meaningful. It also means that I work with many families over multiple years for their annual Christmas card or milestone shoot, and I love watching the little ones grow up and change. Thanks for giving me the privilege of documenting your lives right now, Helfrich family!
